Your Detroit Gun Works E. Hildale barreled action in a .308 Winchester caliber allows you to gain the benefit of our precision action and barrel to be added to your rifle buildup. The DGW Sporter barrel by Schneider Barrles is fluted to reduce weight which is ideal for a long range hunting rifle. This allows you to use your own existing Remington 700 short action chassis or trigger while updating your existing setup to a high quality action and barrel by Detroit Gun Works.
